Rose arrived at the park as quickly as she could after receiving a message about the meeting from Dirk. It seemed she was rather late to the game, as a small crowd had already assembled by the time she got there. Someone in a red shirt was seemingly preparing to give a speech, an aura of authority gathering around him.

She spotted Dirk and made a beeline for him. She didn't have time to scan the crowd for familiar faces.

"Thank you for informing me that this was happening, Dirk," she said quietly, not wanting to interrupt whatever was about to happen.
