Jake had been expecting her to do a bit of dodging here and there, not that surprised to just see her slide around the fists flying her way. An expected outcome though! He was just going to have to do his best to dodge her counter and counter right back!

He smacked right into the blow nose first, and there was what he could only truly describe as a sickening crack and an almost overwhelming amount of pain. He was down to the ground, clutching his face and doing the most manly thing you had ever seen.
Screaming.
"SWEET LORD ON HEAVEN AND CURSED SATAN IN HELL MY FACE." His eyes were shut tight and his body was curled up as he just tried to somehow deal with the pain, shivering and breathing erratically.
