Jake had shivered when he felt that energy of hers enter his body, a numbness to everything now. His body was now working overtime to heal something that should take at least a hospital visit, and the experience was still way too weird. He sighed as her hands moved against him softly, following her instruction. "I'm fine...just kinda hurts...much better..."
He had barely muttered the words before Jane let out a very angry sentence to Feferi...and Feferi called him Jane's boyfriend? What. Not an unpleasant thing but...
He began to sat up as the two came to an argument, grimacing as he looked between the two. "Ja...Fe...Hey...You two hey...I..."
Though he only ever dealt with hope, the anger between the two was palpable, and it honestly just made him uncomfortable. The man didn't deal with even positive feelings well, and this all just felt...wrong. When Feferi spoke to him, even as she glared Jane down, he tried to respond back. "Hey it's..okay. You didn't mean to. I'll be okay. I'm-"
But then she was backing off, snapping at Jane once more before coming back for his glasses. "...Thank you, Feferi." He managed to get that off at least before she walked away, turning to Jane with an absolutely exhausted look on his face.
"...I think I'm ready to leave. And we should talk."
