The splash of water made her laugh, abruptly stopping her arm motions and tipping forward so she dove straight down into the water, the tub left floating forlornly as Feferi slipped into the water like a seal, barely a splash behind her.
Fef's feet brushed the bottom of the pool as she wrapped a hand around one of Roxy's ankles as it churned past, squeezing for barely a second before zipping away before flailing could result in her being kicked accidentally.
Feferi began to circle Roxy, grinning and sharklike and completely forgetting that normal humans have to come up for air as she occasionally brushed Roxy's foot or a hand before circling wider.
At last she erupted upward behind Roxy, using her hands rather than her powers to throw a small wave over the blonde head, laughing happily and not even short of breath. "In the water you're at MY mercy," Feferi said in a passably supervillainy voice, though she spoiled the effect with more giggles as she swam toward the tube, pushing it back toward Roxy. "One floaty as promised!"
