"No swords. Right." John said, focusing in on the game with renewed determination. He weighed the staff in his hands a little, but it didn't feel as sturdy as he hoped.
"I'm John," he said, "Though I guess we didn't really exchange names then, heh. Is this going to be safe?"
He gestured with the staff to the whole kit and kaboodle.
