Nep paused for a second. She didn’t remember having given this guy her name, and she definitely didn’t know how he could have gotten it otherwise. She narrowed her eyes at him, trying to put pieces of a puzzle together when she didn’t even have half of them to begin with.

Her attitude towards the fact that he was here again, and bleeding was an icy indifference. She would probably be regretting it later when she finally realized just who Equius was, but as far as she knew in the moment, he was a big hulking asshole.

The way he looked at her made her prickle, “Hey dumbass, is there any purrticular reason you’re staring at me that way?” Another remark delivered with scorn, which she would later come to regret.
