Asking for quarter from an attack that, in the end, was merely annoyance irked her pride. She watched his core and his feet while she kept his sweaty hands away from her face and finally spotted an opportunity when he lunged forward.
Quick as a cuttlefish she crouched and launched herself through the gap between his legs like she did when diving. Feferi stayed low and aimed a hard kick at the back of his left knee. If she could get him on the ground to her advantage, for once, she was going to try and choke him out.
