"Jake..." Jane murmured softly, giving a soft giggle as her gaze met his own. "You're glowing, J..." Her smile was warm, and a hand reached out hesitantly, placing itself cautiously a couple of centimeters from his own. The meeting below, briefly, was forgotten. Jake was speaking her language, after all. The two of them, doing good for the city they loved. Fighting together as partners... And maybe, one day, as something more?

"... I am very glad that I decided to tell you what has been going on with me." she said softly, admittedly leaning towards him a bit more than was entirely necessary. "Just yesterday I...
