She couldn't help but smile to herself, chest swelling with pride as she leaned heavily against him, allowing the taller man to help her to her feet. Her limbs felt like lead, and she gripped his arm, but she could feel her energy returning bit by bit, far quicker than it had back at the fair. "... I'm Jane." she said, deciding that at this point anonymity was futile. "Jane Crocker. I can control life. Humans and plants are all I've tried so far." She glanced to Karkat then, her fiery gaze laced with what appeared to be an apology. "... And I can hold my own in a fight, too, if you needed assistance in instruction."
