Jane was, for all intents and purposes, in the dumps. She knew she shouldn't be, but that didn't stop it from being so. So when Jake did that goofy little jig, his eyes dancing along with the rest of him, she couldn't stop from giggling, suddenly remembering why she liked him so much in the first place. She seized his hand as he 'bap-ed' her chin and yanked him forward, taking advantage of his likely surprise to put him in a loose, teasing half nelson. She smirked, and kissed the top of his head. "Boop." she replied, before releasing him, eyes still guarded but smile more genuine now. "That's some fancy footwork you've got there, English."
