Chuckling, she gave a nod along with a small shrug of her shoulders. "It'd be a crime against art to destroy any inch of your face." She replied while waggling her eyebrows up and down attempting to tease and playfully embarrass him. Swinging her arms back and forth as a means to stretch and take a breather. Sure, she wasn't entirely sure what Dave looked like exactly. There was a faint and blurred image in her mind. Pieces of a puzzle she tried to put together. She was more than happy to hear his normally stoic tone of voice change along with his praise. It felt more rewarding.

"Okay!" Terezi replied and hopped once in her spot to prepare for more fine-tuning. She brought her elbows in and shifted her feet into her centered and balanced stance. Her smiles and playful demeanor shifted back to determined concentration as she stared at Dave. Her nose twitched while she detected his hand. Calming her breathing, she inhaled and exhaled; gritting her teeth she threw the punch at Dave's hand hitting her mark again. A stationed hand was perfect for practice but eventually she knew she could have to work on moving targets. She would think more deeply on that kind of training on a later date. One step at a time before becoming a great hero.
