Feeling the burn of the rubber against his hands Equius smiles before lifting the wheel for the tenth time in this cycle and the thirtieth time in the morning, his body trembles feeling the slightest hint of burden, over his head. Eleven, twelve, thirteen,fourteen, fifteen, he drops the circle of rubber that once was part of a truck before jumping in place ten times. Equius is about to bolt in a five minute run when his music is stopped by the loud beeping of an incoming message, He considers the message for a moment before walking towards the empty metal drum that held his phone and cheap amplifier that filled the early morning ambient with electro music (If Equius had any neighbors they'd be mad by the volume).
Not even the sudden existence of superpowers, heroes and monsters could break the mechanics early morning workout routine, but a message could allow him a little break. He unplugged the phone and walked to the shadow given by the back of his shop before unlocking the screen and reading the message written in a particular shade of green.

Usually, Equius wouldn't be this compliant after someone interrupted his workout session but he feel like had to make up for the embarrassment he put Nepeta through that day at the cafe.
